What does membership include?
Membership covers the time and continuity that make care personal: longer visits, direct communication with Dr. Snyder, same- or next-day appointments when you need them, a thorough annual evaluation, and hands-on coordination of any specialist care.
Do I still use my health insurance?
Yes. Your insurance continues to cover labs, imaging, specialist visits, and hospital care in the usual way. The membership covers the personal attention, availability, and coordination that insurance does not.
Why is the practice kept small?
A panel in the low hundreds is what makes everything else possible. With far fewer patients than a traditional practice, Dr. Snyder has time to prepare before your visit, think carefully after it, and know your family well enough to notice what changes.
Can my whole family join?
Yes. Dr. Snyder is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, so children, parents, and grandparents can share one physician who understands the family's health story as a whole.
What happens when I travel or need care after hours?
You can reach Dr. Snyder directly, wherever you are. He can advise you by phone, coordinate with local clinicians, and follow up when you're home.
